Whether you’re a Fortune 100 manufacturing giant or a mid-sized office environment, processes and the outcome of treating people well are always going to be predictable. And if you can predict something, you can control for it and improve.
I consistently find there are two primary states companies are in when they hire me.
They are either committed to keeping their edge as an industry leader, or they are fighting the battle of declining profit, productivity and morale.
In both cases the solution is always process and people.
Noticing lack of collaboration
Productivity is slipping
Processes are ineffective
Brain Drain & Not Attracting right people
Communicaton is...
….Stale
Quality and Productivity are declining
Chaos and Perpetual Firefighting Mode
Processes are meaningless
Lack of Ownership & Blaming
It is designed to engage your people and build a sustainable and profitable company.
You’re looking for stability and predictability, you can predict what’s going to happen in the next few days and you can plan for it. Projections are more accurate and metrics can actually show you which way to go.
You’ll see a marked increase in the quality of your throughput, more efficient processes and an increase in productivity across the board.
Good quality products being delivered on time, at a cost your customers like. And a collaborative, productive, committed work force.

???We begin with an Initial Intake Diagnostic, then we will build a strategy that may include Kaizen Event Workshops with your entire team, or ongoing consulting with the leadership and key engineers.
You then may want to take the next step with a Kaizen Workshop, which can only be done after an initial Intake Diagnostic.
A cross-functional team assembled to accomplish significant and measurable improvement, from beginning to end, commonly within 5 days.
A Kaizen Event creates an environment of open collaboration and contribution by everyone. Each member contributes his experience, current problems, and ideas into the new design.
By the end of the week, the team experiences a special bond fueled by sharing perspectives, connecting, collaborating, creating, mutual respect, and a splash of fun. These new relationships extend well beyond the Kaizen week.
Toyota is well-known as one of the leaders in using Kaizen. In 1999, at one US plant, 7,000 Toyota employees submitted over 75,000 suggestions, of which 99% were implemented.
It’s Lean Leadership in Action.
Engineers who create solutions without visiting the floor don’t actually create solutions at all.
People feel like they’re not valued.
The chain of command leaves out critical information towards the solution.
The real problems are intangible.
Barriers between management, engineering and workers are brought down, and the organization as a whole is made stronger.
People are doing their jobs and are proactive. They’re taking pride in their work
People are feeling better about themselves. People are working together and actually enjoying work. They’re taking care of each other. Getting along with the supervisor
Problem solving becomes part of the culture, and the leadership becomes seamlessly integrated with the things that make the most difference.
“I am so impressed and enthusiastic about your systemic problem solving approach to address productivity issues. Thanks so very much for your leadership and for stepping up and executing the vision!”
~ T.M.
After your Initial Intake Diagnostic, we may decide that either a single or a series of Kaizen Event Workshops are a good fit for your organization. It will be a week-long experience and will include key members of your team and your leadership - and we’ll “leave all stripes at the door.”
Grouped in single functions per week. We will decide on the key thrusts to focus on.
The pre-requisite for a Kaizen Event Workshop is an Initial Diagnostic,
which you can book here.
You may just not know how to bring it out in its brightest capacity.
